NO-SHOW AND CANCELLATION
I love getting pampered, and I know you do too! I also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule and/or cancel appointments. I kindly ask that you give me a minimum of a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, any change to an appointment made less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a charge of 50% of the fully scheduled service price.
Every guest is made aware of my No-Show and Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment over the phone or through text message/email reminders.
Each guest’s billing information will remain on file prior to scheduling any service.
When an appointment is missed, I will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
If necessary, the next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending the missed or late-cancelled appointment (including missing appointments due to late arrival).
I understand that sometimes things happen, however, please respect my time as much as I respect yours.
I understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. I will do what I can to get you in as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, my no-show and cancellation policy may be applied (see above). If you know you will be running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, I want to make it perfect for you. Please contact myself within one week of your original service and I will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase. A full refund will be given as long as it is within the 30-day window.
NEW GUEST HAIR COLOR SERVICES
I require a complimentary consultation prior to all new guest hair color services. This consultation allows myself and the guest to discuss the vision and pricing for the hair color service.
